Hi,
What update were you doing? You need to disable BitLocker to permit firmware updates, it is suggested to suspend BitLocker when you updating BIOS.
If you don’t do that, it may trigger BitLocker recovery mode.
The following information may help you locate your recovery key:

If the recovery key is lost, the drive cannot be unlocked by other means.
Your only option may be to reinstall your PC.

I don’t know what update were doing? This is the automatic windows update.
I did find your share link before, but this link cannot solve the problem.
As I have many importance's files in my computer, please kindly advise any other method can be work on to solve the bitlocker issue.
On the other hand, i found the following information from your website, but didn’t try (as i don’t know whether this can solve the bitlocker issue). Please kindly advise.
