I am unable to find assert.h file after installing VS builds

I cannot find assert.h in the specified folder after installing C++ builds checking the windows C++ box during the installation.
i am looking in this path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\BuildTools\VC\Tools\MSVC\14.40.33807\include\cassert(9): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'assert.h':
cannot find cl.exe as well in this path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\BuildTools\VC\Tools\MSVC\14.40.33807\bin\HostX86\x64\cl.exe

Just to confirm, you found that file(assert.h) after you searched in the directory shared by @RLWA32, right?
