Cannot Login to MSRC Security Guide with Azure Tenant Guest external error

I cannot seems to get access to MSRC Security Guide and having this errors,

Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft' and cannot access the application 'ad908150-ccdf-4068-9320-68ff2f989121' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account.

Am I getting banned from going in to that web site?

If so, how am i Going to fix the problems.

Is it because I mess up with the VisualStudioCode that I run on my Linux. I did delete all.

And How Am I going to fix this problems.

I've been redirected to this site asking me for login.
I cannot login.
And I have Azure Active Directory Errors and I can't get in to access to this site.
Asking for tenant external from Azure Active Directory to get in.
Since I think I am not allow to get in to this.
As my account is not eligible.

This is how I get the redirect to that page.

I log in to msrc.microsoft.com
After Login to MSRC Portal.
It goes to Microsoft Security Reponsive Centre.
And Sign in. And Select Security Update Guide.
Then it somehow redirected to that web page that i have sent you from the previous message.

So that is how I get the problem.

Now I cannot see my own MSRC Vulnerability reports.

Click on the smiley face from the MSRC Research Portal ( left from the account) and directed me to the MSRC Research Portal Feedback. And a guy at the MSRC fix the problem right away. Wait for their email to reply.
