
Same, also can't access support site as "access denied" but I only F5 for once. Clearly MS has some issue here. Edit: Well I found the answer after I contacted to MS support. If you purchased this product outside your region/country like me, you might encounter this issue. Somehow product keys have "region bind" even they don't really have "region lock"... well except Germany, MS has a standalone version for it. So you probably purchased a fake official box that provided mismatch software and key, or you bought an official box but cannot use in your region if you are German.
