Trust Signing Accounts failed to verify

Question

Hi, I'm trying to verify our identity, but it keeps being marked as failed despite having a registered business for over 10 years now. I've been using EIN numbers and even copied the exact info that's on the record and nothing worked.

What other solution can I use to verify the business? I tried to use the document number to verify but that was marked as invalid format (Florida business) as a registered business number.

Unfortunately, azure doesn't provide any details as to why it's failing so here I am.
