If the identity validation team is unable to verify the organization's information, the requests will fail. Please ensure the public records are up to date with the organization's information.
As we discussed offline, you need to verify the email sent to the primary email address provided at the time of request creation to validate the request.
Glad you are able to resolve after submitting the request again and verify the email from your end.
