Can't login to computer after MSCONFIG

I ran MSConfig as the start-up was taking a long time and the wall paper was black. After that, in the login screen, it says, 'Something happened and your pin isn't available. Click to set up your pin again.', but can't do anything even when I click. I've searched around and tried several solutions, but none worked. Solutions involving cmd says 'This drive is locked by BitLocker Drive Encryption. You must unlock this drive from Control Panel.'. Resetting pc or accessing start-up settings didn't work, it says 'There was a problem resetting' or 'You must enter your recovery key to access Startup Setting. I don't have the bitlock key, and I don't know what else I can do. Thank you.
