I had an exam scheduled with Pearson Vue and did a successful system test a day before the exam. Unfortunately the next day during check-in, the system test failed due to a degraded network and i could not redeem or even reschedule the exam . The exam was not even on my profile any more. I need your support on how i can have this exam done.
