Getting charged for disabled subscriptions

I have cancelled the subscription but still charged for the 4364dd6c-fbc3-44f0-835c-ae830ef2d262

I have tried to create a support ticket after filling initial description it taking me to

After filling information till the review and create with below details User's image

When i m clicking on Create button it is not allowing me to create request

Please help to raise request.

From the details of your post, I understand that you are being charged for your Azure subscription which is in disabled state, and you are unable to create a support ticket. Since you are unable to create a support request, I suggest you try the following options:

Few Customers are using the Microsoft REST api Support Tickets - REST API (Azure Support) | Microsoft Learn to create Support request.

OR

You can call global customer service - https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2 to raise a support request on your behalf to help you connect with Azure billing and subscription management support.
