Adding account to MS Authenticator - being asked to approve sign in by Authenticator app

I am the administrator for a small charity and we have a non-profit Microsoft subscription. I have recently had to replace my phone due to a hardware failure and it appears my credentials on MS Authenticator were not backed up.

To further complicate issues, it appears that my phone is not set-up as an alternative contact method. I cannot login to my admin account to deactivate / reset the authenticator or get in any other way.

I'm having to post this issue from an alternative account (which is the backup to the admin account) as I can't even login without being pointed to the Authenticator. I can't start a support chat as I can't login to the account either.

Is there anything I can do to regain access?
