We have a business requirement of SharePoint 2010 Migration to SharePoint online. Can we propose default Microsoft Migration Tool for the following requirement instead of paid tool.

The total Sharepoint 2010 SharePoint content database size is 180 GB.
My Site Data Migration to One Drive for Business
List Migration with Workflow Details (History and so on)
Document Lbrary Migration including Granual Migration of Folders, Files inside the document library
Migration of Blog Sites

To answer your questions:

Migration for sites, (large) lists and libraries along with folders and documents are supported by SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT).
Migration from My Sites to OneDrive for Business is supported using SPMT.
Detailed guidance can be found via this document: MySites to OneDrive Migration Guide.
Migration of Blog Sites is supported. You can create a classic site/subsite using the Blog site template in SharePoint Online and then do the migration.
Migration for SharePoint 2010 Workflows are not supported. Please note that SharePoint 2010 workflows are deprecated from Microsoft 365 service, they can no longer be used in SharePoint Online.

In addition, you can download and run SharePoint Migration Assessment Tool (SMAT) before using SPMT, to help you fix any issues that were discovered before the migration.

Migration for SharePoint 2010 Workflows are not supported. However is it possible to migrate the SharePoint 2010 Workflow History in SharePoint Online using the tool along with List Migration for the list items ?

How about the Document Lbrary Migration including Granual Migration of Folders, Files inside the document library ? Is it possible to migrate only few folders from a document library ?

No. Neither workflow instances nor workflow tasks and histories are supported for migration using SPMT.

Yes. You can use a CSV file to include only the specific folders/subfolders you want to migrate.

Thanks for the information. Is it possible to migrate SharePoint Groups only from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint Onlne. Also from SharePoint Online Site Collection to different Site Collection

Also is it possible to migrate SharePoint 2010 Workflow Task List for compliance purpose to SharePoint online ?

To answer your questions:

It is not possible to migrate SharePoint Groups only using SPMT.

It is not supported to migration contents between sites in SharePoint Online using SPMT.

It is supported to migrate SharePoint 2010 Workflow Task List as an individual list to SharePoint Online. You can choose the Workflow Task List under “Content you want to migrate” in SPMT and the tool would do the migration for you.
