I cant redeem my Microsoft Office 2019 Home & Student code on my new pc

Question

So I bought a pc a while back, and it can with Microsoft Office 2019 Home & Office preinstalled, but now I want to download it on my new Computer. I tried redeeming the code on https://setup.office.com/, but the following error came with it:

Kehren Sie später zurück, um Ihren Product Key einzulösen. Fehlercode:PkpnNotSupported Korrelations-ID:44e66cde-ae0c-4ad1-bd83-90fb0251c64a Zeitstempel:2024-07-01T14:43:13.290Z

The error message is in German because I'm from Germany.Thank you for your help!

The code says to return later. The server processing the codes may be down, so please try again later.

These codes are single use.

1. Uninstall any version of Microsoft 365 from your new computer.
2. Restart the computer.
3. Sign into your Microsoft Account.
4. Click on the Services and Subscriptions tab.
5. Go to the bottom of that page to Purchased Products and find yours.
6. Download it to your computer.
