Two missing certifications, Microsoft Security+ Compliance and Microsoft Fundamentals.. How to recover?

Dear Team,

I have recently completed two certifications with Microsoft shown below. Baltic were my apprenticeship training provider, Certiport was used for the exam and I received a badge on Credley.

A new employer has however asked for the official certificates and for some bizarre reason these are not on my Microsoft Learn profile. They will not accept the badges, I must emphasise this part, they want the official Microsoft certificates.

Please can my certificates be added Microsoft account for my use?

Details are as below:

Nam: Christopher Stephen Ryszka

Email: ******@gmail.com

Exam 1: 22nd of March Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals

Exam2: 24th of April Microsoft Fundamentals

Kind regards,

C Ryszka

Hi @Chris Ryszka ,

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.

Maybe one of the links is helpful:

Microsoft Training & Certification is supported on their own forums:

Microsoft Training Support Forum

Microsoft Certification - Transcript - Missing Exams or Certificates

Microsoft Certification - Missing Badge/Sharing

Microsoft Certification - Profile/MCID Assistance

It's possible to ask questions by clicking on "Get Started" -> "Ask a Question"

or "Ask a new question >" and Learn/Cert Moderators will help you.
