Am I right to assume that you have made multiple attempts to install SQL Server? Judging from the number of instances, I would think so.

I would recommend that you follow the procedure described in this article: https://www.sql-easy.com/learn/how-to-uninstall-sql-server/. I have not tried it myself, but I learnt about this article someone who I tried to help, and this person was able to finally install SQL Server successfully.

Also read this article, to learn about a known issue with SQL Server setup, Windows 11 and certain disk drives. Possibly that could be the reason for your initial installation feature. (What you are seeing now are likely to be the consequences of having made multiple attempts.)

From the error message you provided, I recommend you reinstall your SQL Server.

I get this document from a known thread like yours, please follow the steps in this document and try to reinstall the SQL Server.

In addition, as Erland says, try to learn about a known issue with SQL Server setup, Windows 11 and certain disk drives.
