How does a company get the Compliance recording for Teams certification designation

I am looking for information on how a company can start the process to get Compliance recording for Teams certified. What requirements are there and where in Microsoft do we initiate this process. To be clear, how do you get listed on the page https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-recording-policy in the "The following partners certify their solution for Microsoft Teams." section.
