Calendar Sync Issues - Online

I have 10 staff members that share multiple calendars from one central user account

Each staff member has been given the correct permissions to those calendars and they have been shared correctly.

The problem I have is that only 1 staff member out of the 10 never gets the calendar updates

I tested this by adding a calendar entry via one of the other staff members, all 10 staff members could see the new entry

I removed or updated the calendar entry, and the entry was removed or updated for 9 staff members, and the entry remained the same for this 1 staff member

The other test which fixed it for one day, was removing this staff member from the central user account, and re-adding and accepting access back to the calendars, but after one day it reverted back to the same problem as stated above

Any ideas? Exchange is Cloud not on-prem

    Hi @Tate Spencer

    Welcome to our forum!

To better assist you to solve the problem, could you please describe more about the issue?

    1. Where did the issue occur? On Outlook desktop client or Outlook for web?
    2. How did you share your calendar with your staff members?
    3. And what are the accounts of your staff members? All are Microsoft 365 accounts or something else?

According to your description, it is suggested that the staff member whose calendar could not update removes and re-adds the shared calendar. If you are using a Microsoft 365 account on Outlook Desktop Client, you may refer to the article to handle the issue.
