Dear all,

I upgraded my Windows 10 to Windows 11. On my old Windows, I can make a sub-toolbar by dragging a folder to the Taskbar. Does this feature not exist in Windows 11?

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Windows 11 has introduced several changes to the Taskbar, and some features from Windows 10 didn't carry over. As of the current version, the ability to create a sub-toolbar by dragging a folder to the Taskbar isn't available in Windows 11.

However, you can achieve similar functionality through Quick Access in File Explorer. Open File Explorer, navigate to the folder you want to add to Quick Access, right-click the folder, and select Pin to Quick Access.

While these methods may not replicate the exact functionality you have in Windows 10, they can still provide quick access to frequently used folders.

I hope the information above is helpful.

    Best Regards,

    Yanhong Liu
