Using RDS CAL License on Multiple Servers

Question

I have 200 RDS CALs and I want to install them in my data center (DC) and disaster recovery (DR) setup. Is it possible to use the same RDS CAL license for 2 servers in the DC and 1 server in the DR? If not, how can I install the licenses across both DC and DR servers?

For your situation, if you have 200 RDS CALs and want to use them in DC and DR settings, you need to ensure that each device or user has a valid license in the DC and DR environment. This means that you need to assign a license to the devices or users in the DC, and another license to the devices or users in the DR.
