SubscriptionStateForbidden - Unable to create Storage Account

I can't create a storage account because of a SubscriptionStateForbidden error.

But my subscription is active. I haven't checked all the services, but I think other resources are able to be created.User's image

    Hi YoungseoLee222 - Thanks for reaching out.

    There appears to be some discrepancy based on the 2 snippets.

    I would recommend raising a support ticket with subscription management team to review the actual backend state in case there is any discrepancy. The team can further involve storage technical support as well to then review the backend blocker during creation of storage account.
