I can't create a storage account because of a SubscriptionStateForbidden error. But my subscription is active. I haven't checked all the services, but I think other resources are able to be created. Can I get some help?

I would recommend raising a support ticket with subscription management team to review the actual backend state in case there is any discrepancy. The team can further involve storage technical support as well to then review the backend blocker during creation of storage account. Hope that helps!

Hi YoungseoLee222 - In the first snippet you shared, there is an option coming to create a support ticket and you can proceed using that one.

There in you can start with issue type of Subscription Management and add the details accordingly
