Hello everyone, I have an issue. I tried to log into a website and when I logged in, a notification popped up that my password was leaked and an other one needs to be made, and I should turn on 2FA with a 6 digit code. I clicked setup, scanned the QR code and logged in. But second time when I tried to log in, I decided that I don't need the 2FA and removed this account from Microsoft Authenticator. Now I try to log in it asks for the 6 digit code everytime, which I don't see anywhere, only a 8 digit code which is not correct. May I ask for a whole reset for all my external accounts linked to Microsoft Authenticator? (it's a personal account so I don't have access to Azure, or any other business related accounts.) The website is https://neptun11.uni-bge.hu/hallgato/login.aspx where my account is attached to Microsoft Authenticator.cannot log in

    Hello Varga Bence,

    Thanks for your question.

Disabling 2FA completely might not be the best option. You can first attempt to login with an alternative method of authentication if the site allows. If this is not possible, in this case contact neptun11.uni-bge.hu l support.

You will need to follow the instructions provided by the support team to recover your account. This might include resetting your account/password and disabling 2FA temporarily so you can set it up again.

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

    Regards,

    Abiola
