Super User login error - Your account or password is incorrect

I have an account with my work email address but for a SaaS application I have a special Super User. But when i switch accounts and try to login using Super User, I get following error:
The username and password have been provided by the Admin. So it is correct. When I try the password reset link, then I get an error saying I am not registered for password change.
