every time I log onto my pc, My internet connection is always off. and when I use the network trouble-shooter, it says There is something wrong with the Wi-Fi access point and my ethernet isn't plugged in. then my internet finally connected. But during me using my pc, My Wi-Fi randomly disconnects. this keeps on happening, especially when I'm playing games. I checked if my Wi-Fi was just acting up, but it wasn't my Wi-Fi because My phone is working completely fine. its just my pc. But later I figured out it was also my PS4. my ps4 also did the same thing, yet it is right next to my internet while my pc is near the internet. my internet is very fast. I knew it wasn't the Wi-Fi strength because my phone worked completely fine right next to my pc. I knew it wasn't where I put my device because my ps4 is right next to my internet box. So for some reason it just happens on my pc and ps4, and not my other devices. And every time I troubleshoot it says the ethernet isn't properly plugged in or may be broken, but I know that isn't the case because my other devices worked fine. i tried everything including resetting Wi-Fi, Restarting network, testing Wi-Fi strength, Restarting pc, restarting whole electricity, Reset network settings, reinstalling the wifi driver, and many more things but it just didn't work. the trouble-shooters don't even help but they connect me back to the internet then later it just disconnects. this happens frequently, and I ran out of things to do. I searched up on YouTube on how to fix this, and did so much research on this. and nothing helps.

Summery: internet problems on my windows 11 pc and ps4, my whole internet network is fine because my other devices are connected to the internet. i tested and researched and tried everything but nothing happened.

    Hi Gamer gpyt,

Thanks for your time. It sounds like the wifi is not stable in your scenario. Apart from the troubleshooting methods you have tried, would you please also try the following two methods.

    Advanced Troubleshooting Techniques

When tackling persistent ‘WiFi keeps disconnecting Windows 11’ issues, advanced troubleshooting techniques can help. Start by updating your WiFi drivers, as outdated drivers often contribute to disconnection problems on Windows 11. Visit your laptop manufacturer’s website or the WiFi adapter manufacturer’s site to obtain the latest compatible driver, install it, and reboot your computer for a more stable connection. Adjusting power settings is another critical step. Right-click on the Start button, access ‘Device Manager,’ expand ‘Network adapters,’ right-click your WiFi adapter, and visit the ‘Power Management’ tab. Uncheck ‘Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power’ to optimize your settings for stability. Checking for interference and changing WiFi channels can also help mitigate disconnection issues. Access your router’s settings page using a web browser and select a channel with minimal interference. Lastly, utilize Windows 11’s built-in network troubleshooters to diagnose and resolve various network-related issues, including persistent WiFi disconnection problems.

Fine-Tuning Windows 11 Settings for Enhanced Stability

To enhance your WiFi’s stability on Windows 11, you can make some simple adjustments. It’s important to first address any potential driver conflicts. Begin by opening the ‘Device Manager,’ where you’ll find the ‘Network adapters’ category. Right-click on your WiFi adapter, then choose ‘Update driver.’ Opt for ‘Search automatically for updated driver software’ to address the ‘WiFi keeps disconnecting Windows 11’ issue.

Next, consider optimizing advanced adapter settings. To access these settings, right-click on the Start button and navigate to ‘Device Manager.’ Find ‘Network adapters,’ right-click on your WiFi adapter, and select ‘Properties.’ Inside the ‘Advanced’ tab, you can fine-tune options like ‘Roaming aggressiveness’ and ‘Wireless mode.’ These adjustments can help reduce WiFi disconnection problems on Windows 11.

Lastly, managing WiFi Sense and Metered Connection settings can provide additional stability. Head to ‘Settings’ > ‘Network & Internet’ > ‘WiFi,’ and then click on ‘Manage known networks.’ Here, you can turn off ‘Connect to suggested open hotspots’ and ‘Paid WiFi services,’ effectively minimizing WiFi disconnection issues on Windows 11.

Here are some best practices that recommended, just for your reference and hope it is helpful.

Reset your network: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status. Under 'Advanced network settings', select 'Network reset'. Your PC will restart and attempt to reset all network adapters. Disable VPN or Proxy: If you are using a VPN or proxy, it may interfere with your connection.

    or

your device may be connected to multiple WiFi or hot-spots. try removing it form WiFi manage known network settings.

sometimes it may happen due to the configurations made in your PC network settings.

for eg:- (connect to network even when not available)

(automatically connect to available network, etc..)
