Issue with Mailbox routing after Exchange Hybrid Migration

I work in an Exchange Hybrid environment and am currently migrating user mailboxes from Office 365 to our on-premises Exchange server using the cutover migration method. After completing the migration, the user appears to have moved to the on-premises Exchange server, but their mailbox still points to Office 365. Upon checking in Office 365, there is no mailbox associated with the user.
