Typo Error in Custom NER Module

Hi Team,

Looks like there is one typo error in Custom Named Entity Recognition module (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/training/modules/custom-name-entity-recognition/2-understand-custom-named) . If you see the below highlighted section, it should be <API-VERSION> instead of <AIP-VERSION>.
