How to load Power BI (Premium) report in the Web Application including COPILOT feature?

I am using Power BI Premium to embed a report in my web application, but the Copilot feature is missing. How can I enable it?

I have tried troubleshooting by reviewing the Power BI documentation and exploring the settings on work space and fabric sides, but I have not been able to resolve the issue. Can someone provide guidance or recommend any additional resources to help me resolve this problem?
