Como comprar armazenamento One Drive para uma conta institucional (Universidade)?

Tenho uma conta instuticional da Universidade que dispões neste momento de 5 TB de armazenamento no One Drive, no entanto este armazenamento irá ser reduzido para 15 Gb, gostava de proceder a uma subscrição para aumentar o armazenamento do One Drive para 100 Gb, no entanto já tentei fazer a compra e não me deixa iniciar sessão porque esta conta não é uma conta Microsoft. Como posso proceder?
