Where can I find and download the sample Access database?

Question

The link of the Note section of https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/model-data-power-bi/2-how-to-manage-data-relationships training module doesn't work.

"To follow along with the examples on this page, download the sample Access database here and import all the tables into Power BI Desktop (Get Data > Database > Access database)

Unfortunately this has been broken for a while - as per https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1662115/where-can-i-download-powerbi-sample-accdb
