.net8 mvc application hosting/local issue

I have hosted my .net8 mvc application on IIS after publishing. this system doesn't have internet access. after a month of hosting the application stopped working because of db connection. its trying to find some local libraries like thread/timer, cancellationToken.cs and then throwing an error like - (db ip address) authorization failed. I am using EntityFrameworkCore in this application.
The same issue in local debugging also.
Please help me on this issue.

error like - (db ip address) authorization failedwhich points to the database connection, we'd better to check the connection string or some other keys used for database connection whether they are changed or not as you already host the app in IIS and the exception only occurred recently. If the property doesn't change, we might check the network between your client to the database. Maybe we can create a udl file. -

2024-07-04T08:26:00.2666667+00:00 @Tiny Wang-MSFT connection string and everything is correct. If I connect to internet and reload the application then it works. On debugging its observed that, when it is trying to connect to db its looking for local resources and failed to get the resources. Maybe kind of MS symbols(which are some dlls required).

According to your reply, just like that once you connected to the internet, everything worked well. Will the app keep working after you disconnect the internet connection? If it still works, maybe you missed some required files which requiring to load from the Internet? But this shouldn't occur after the application is deployed. -

maybe you missed some required files which requiring to load from the Internet?
I am using only 3 nuget packages in this project that are Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore, Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.Tools, MySql.EntityFrameworkCore

after disconnecting the internet also it works and all of a sudden after some days the same issue arises, then can we have a test environment to test whether the application will always work well? In the meantime, we are not necessary to publish as self-contained app as this might not related to runtime. We'd better to get some exception or error message to narrow down the issue.
