Preciso remover o google authenticator

Preciso remover o google authenticator feito pois perdi meu celular, como prossigo com isso? A conta é de uma empresa e está vinculada via office 365 empresarial com mais 3 emails, os outros acessos estão normais mas como a principal que perdi é a que tem o acesso as configurações, não consigo remover nem puxar o codigo do google authenticator. Já tentei alterar senha mas não funcionou, tentei também ligar para o suporte mas não me ajudaram.

(I need to remove the Google authenticator done because I lost my cell phone, how do I proceed with this? The account belongs to a company and is linked via corporate office 365 with 3 more emails, the other accesses are normal but as the main one I lost is the one with access to the settings, I cannot remove or pull the google authenticator code. I already tried to change my password but it didn't work, I also tried calling support but they didn't help me)
