Issues with updating Company Branding in Entra ID

Hello! We changed our company name last year and I have been attempting to update our Company Branding in Entra ID for a few months. I've followed all the directions here:

The new logos, colors, and images take effect almost everywhere, but as you can see in the attachments, not everywhere. I'm not sure where the old images are located.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thank you for reaching us!
Would you please try to re upload the new image with the Image size: 245x36px Max file size: 50KB File Type: Transparent PNG, JPG, or JPEG.
Also, you can upload a custom CSS file to replace the Microsoft default style of the page for more info, please refer CSS template reference guide
Sometimes, the old branding persists due to caching on the devices or browsers. Ensure that you and your users clear the browser cache or the application cache where the old images still appear

Thanks. I can confirm it's not a browser caching issue, as I've tried on different devices and phones. I'm pretty sure that I've met the image requirements, but I'll upload an even smaller png image just to be sure (~9kb).

Try doing it in Microsoft 365 Admin > Settings > Org settings.

Okay, I thought this was mainly for Windows systems, search bars, etc. In my case, I'm talking about the Entra ID log in screen. Regardless, I'll give it a try. (BTW, we are a Mac shop, so we won't see the update in Windows Search or on the taskbar).
