How to retrieve old authentications?

I lost my phone and lost all of my authenticator codes and unfortunately did not have it backed up. Is there a way to go deeper I to settings and get them back?

Hello Kyle Abel,

Unfortunately, No you cannot generally.

You will need to contact your admin for work accounts. Microsoft does not control access to a work tenant, due to this only the administrator can help.

For microsoft accounts go to the Microsoft account recovery page (https://account.live.com/password/reset)"account.live.com") and try to reset your password by providing information about your account, such as the email address or phone number associated with it.

If this does not work, you may need to create a new microsoft account and try to transfer your data
