Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

I am the owner of our Recruitment Agency and related domains and services.

When I try to access the MS365 Admin portal I get the error that says” “Sorry, you don’t have access to this app. The Microsoft Teams Admin Center allows admins to manage teams and Microsoft 365 for their organization, and only people with specific admin roles can access it. If you use a different user account for admin work, try switching accounts: Select the profile picture at the top of teams to switch.

In addition, I should be the sole admin for this as well as the MS Teams application.

    Hi @IniobongNkanga-8038

By default, the person who signs up for and buys a Microsoft 365 for business subscription gets admin permissions. That person can assign admin permissions to other people to help them manage Microsoft 365 for their organization. If you get the message "You don't have permission to access this page or perform this action," you aren't an admin.

Microsoft 365 or Office 365 subscription comes with a set of admin roles that you can assign to users in your organization using the Microsoft 365 admin center.

If you need to know how to assign user admin roles, please refer to this.

    Hello,

Perhaps you should take a look at the following documentation:

Take over an unmanaged directory as administrator in Microsoft Entra ID

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/users/domains-admin-takeover

If this is helpful please accept as answer or upvote.
