    Hello Peter Cheng,

    Thanks for your question.

To access your Certification, please follow the steps below:

    1. Open your browser using InPrivate or Incognito mode.
    2. Visit Microsoft Learn.
    3. Sign in using the personal Microsoft account (MSA) associated with your Certification Profile.
    4. Click on your user icon, located at the upper right corner of the screen, and select "Profile."
    5. Select "Certifications" in the navigation menu, at the left side of the screen.
    6. If your Certification Profile is not connected yet, please click the "Connect certification profile" button. Once connected, the "Certifications" tab will allow you to access your Certifications.
    7. To download your Certificates, select "View certification details" under a Certification, then click "Print certificate."

Sometimes it can take sometime for certificate to reflect. If after a couple of days you dont still see it I will recommend posting the question on any of the forums below:

    Microsoft Training Support Forum

    Microsoft Certification - Exam Registration/Scheduling

    Microsoft Certification - Vouchers/Discounts/Special Offers

    Microsoft Certification - Profile/MCID Assistance

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

    Regards,
