    Hi,@Mohammad Habib Khan

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

According to your description, you seem to just want to change your email domain name.

If the users will exist in the same tenant, then no migration is required. Simply change the users' SMTP addresses to the new addresses.

To change SMTP, please refer to this link: Add or remove email addresses for a mailbox in Exchange Online | Microsoft Learn

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

To migrate user and mailbox to another domain, you will need to do some preparation:

1.Get the two domain environments ready and make sure you have account with proper permission to do the migration.

2.It's more recommended to use third-party tool to simplify the migration.

3.Refer to below Microsoft official documentation for further information and details: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/mailbox-migration/migrate-mailboxes-across-tenants

    Best regards,

    Jill Zhou
