i had a microsoft account linked to my email. when logging in they asked if i want to use personal or school/work account. i chose personal. I dont have access to the other account. Nowhere in my account it says of any organization. there is not even an option for it. Then when i created azure free trial subscription i gave this email. when opening azure portal i am put under a directory of some other organization and my free trial also under them. there is no other tenant or directory to switch to. How can i dissociate with the organization? Can an account marked as personal also be linked under organization?

    Hi Rini Varghese SA,

Thank you for posting in the Q&A Forums.

First, verify that your Microsoft account is indeed mistakenly associated with an organizational directory. In the Azure portal, you can usually see the currently associated directory in your account settings or directory information.

Regarding your question about whether an account marked as personal can also be associated with an organization, Microsoft accounts can actually be switched between personal and organizational use, but this usually depends on how you log in and use the service. For example, if you use a personal Microsoft account when signing in to an organization's services (e.g., Azure, Office 365, etc.) and the organization allows personal accounts, then your account may be associated with that organization's directory.

In practice, a personal Microsoft account will not be automatically associated with an unknown organization directory unless you have explicitly accepted some form of invitation or consent from the organization.

If you are unable to access another tenant or directory and your account is automatically associated with an unknown organization, it is recommended that you contact Microsoft Support directly for assistance. You can contact Microsoft Support directly:https://support.microsoft.com/zh-cn/contactus/

In the support request, detail your issue, including your account information, Azure subscription details, and your desire to disassociate yourself from the organization.

Before contacting Microsoft Support, it is recommended that you check that your Microsoft account is secure. Make sure there is no unauthorized access and update your password and security settings.

    Best regards

    NeuviJ
