How do i enable macsec on windows 11

We would like to enable MACSEC natively on windows 11. E.g. without using 3rd party solution

Hello,

According to the relevant documents, Windows 11 currently does not directly support native support for MACsec (Media Access Control Security). MACsec is usually implemented at the network switch or NIC (Network Interface Card) level.
