If you are running the wizard on the machine where you have SQL Server installed, use the Import/Export wizard that is in the SQL Server program group, since that is the 64-bit version. Else make sure that you have the 32-bit version of the provider installed.

Our SSMS 20.1 Export & Import wizard is on a different machine to SQLServer 2022
On our SSMS 20.1 machine we have 2 x Providers of interest
Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0 Microsoft Office 12.0 Access Database Engine OLE DB Provider
Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.16.0 Microsoft Office 16.0 Access Database Engine OLE DB Provider
How do I figure if each Provider is 32-bit or 64-bit ?

You don't configure them. There are two versions, a 32-bit and a 64-bit versions, and you need the 32-bit version for SSMS to be happy.

Maybe you can check that in Program and Features. (I don't use the ACE provider myself, so I don't know the gory details.)
