The pearsonvue online exam that I booked did not work due to a Pearsonview issue. I would like to rebook since I already paid for it and there is no refund. How do I do this? It was the AZ-900 exam.

Pearsonvue had issues when I tried to do the exam. I made 2 attemps and they had more than 300 people in the queues that I had to wait. Finally I got through the queue and the exam did not start!! I need to rebook. How do I do this without paying double for one exam?
