HI Team,
I have tried calling microsoft atleast 50 times but no proper response and unable to reach the right team till now. and i have used to billing feature for refund but it say not eligible to do so. i am student i was learning azure and the technical team can see it was for traning purpose but charged for 20k and iam unable to pay the bill can Micrsoft team understand my problem here and help me raise request behalf of me

the best option might be to open a support case with Microsoft Azure support for clarification.
Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.
