Microsoft Authenticator asking for code within the app itself

Question

When I try to add an account My corporate account ******@farmapreco.com.br after I added the Microsoft information to my domain's txt record, it started asking for the Microsoft authenticator code.

When I enter Microsoft Authenticator it does not show the 6-digit code and asks for the same code as on the web. When I try to support on the web, I have to log into the account but I can't because I don't have a code.

I had to log in to the forum using another account. When I contact the phone, I go online to a website that asks for the code. I'm in an infinite loop. I tried to recover the password and after I enter the code received by email, it asks for the authenticator code. I am the administrator of my domain.
