Power Point 2019 suddenly fails to insert the Create File as an object and the Create from File option is greyed out and unavailable.

Could you please tell us which version of Office 2019 are you using now?On my test environment with volume licensed of Office Professional Plus2019, I cannot reproduce this issue.
Besides, if condition permits, I suggest you install and switch to other displaying languages, such as English.
