Cannot access admin share depending Ethernet connection

Hi all,

FYI, in reference to the thread https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/bc329940-2e70-422f-85ae-4b8debec8b2c/cannot-access-admin-share-depending-ethernet-connection?forum=win10itpronetworking

Issue persists on Windows 10 2009 with a DELL Precision 5550 connected on DELL Dock WD19.

    1.What's the exact error message when you cannot access admin share?

    2.Was your computer a member of domain? or of Workgroup? Please clarify more details to help us understand your issue better.

    3.Which account did you use to access ADMIN$ share?
