SCCM Cache folder is filled with am_delta_patch

Hi, On all our machine we are getting sccm cache filled with AM_Delta_Patch_x.xxx.xxxx.x.exe file

Why is being created multiple time and why its taking over sccm cache folder?

How to fix this?
