How to fix error 490(sub code 4502) on Azure Communications Servic

Hello,

1 hour ago I was try to take a certification exam on peoplecert.org

When I enter to start exam, the web make a scan from my cam, my mic and my connection. All was successfull. The problem is when supervisor try to connect and the web show me error code: 490 and sub code 4502.

I’ve been find about of this error but I dont found more details :/, only that the error have relation with my network

Hola Jean, estoy teniendo exactamente el mismo problema hace días, reprogramo pero el equipo de peoplecert parece que tampoco sabe que hacer. Has encontrado alguna solución?

Hola Jean, Arturo, Hoy he tenido el mismo problema y lo atribuían a mi red, Cambie mi laptop de trabajo a laptop personal y mismo error, luego cambie a un equipo de mesa, y mismo error, en los 03 equipos el mismo error, usando Chrome y Edge (ya les dije que era problema de peoplecert), al final he reprogramado pero el equipo de peoplecert pero, parece que tampoco sabe que hacer. y ando buscando una solución sin éxito.

Estimados Jean y Carlos espero que estén muy bien. Escribo para consultar si han tenido respuesta ya que hasta la fecha no he podido rendir mi examen con normalidad. Quedo atento a sus comentarios, un fuerte abrazo.
