All my subscriptions and billing account are disabled.

I updated my payment method and paid all past due balances. I show a $0 balance due. However, the subscriptions and billing account are all still disabled. I tried refreshing, logging out/in.

I can't open a support ticket because the subscriptions are all disabled.

What can i do to activate my billing account and subscriptions?
