My Az-204 exam got cancelled in first 10 mins for unknown reason.

My Az-204 exam got cancelled in first 10 mins for unknown reason. I followed there all the instructions. First they were showing connection issue and then proctor said to remove some things from room like pillows after 10 mins they just cancelled the exam and said due to some prohibited things in the room.
