I need help renewing my icrosoft 365 developer programe expired subscription

I have recently joined the developer programme, and in the the middle of developing an interactive platform for word, and also looking at improving the team chat. My laptop was stolen and password hacked, I struggled with retrieving my log in details after it took me a long time to secure another computer. Now I get the message that my subscription is expired and all data deleted. I have deleted my profile and tried to rejoin with same credentials just a couple of days ago. Do i need to wait for 60day to get reactivated or the service is no more available for free users, as i read online recently? If that's so, any indication as to when it will be made available again? please see error message attached

Please note that renewed perpetually every 60-90 days if you're actively using it for development, your subscription never expires; it is automatically extended. You don't need to renew it. However, if you have used your Developer account for a short time or you haven't used your Developer account actively, it can be possible your subscription expires due to inactivity and get deleted. Therefore, if your developer account subscription is expired or deleted due to inactivity for the past 90 days, you may need to set up a new one. You can refer to Microsoft 365 Developer Program FAQ | Microsoft Learn.

However, if you join the program through Visual Studio Enterprise or Visual Studio Professional, your subscription will automatically renew until your Visual Studio subscription expires. Therefore, you can directly contact our dedicated Visual Studio Subscription Support - Visual Studio (microsoft.com).

Based on the notification, to renew your Microsoft Developer Program subscription, you can go to your Microsoft 365 Developer Program dashboard and follow the steps to create a new subscription. Once you have created a new subscription, you will be able to access your data again.
