Sounds like the HP tools are alerting some hardware failures are eminent. May want to get in touch with HP about these issues for hardware replacement.

You need to replace your hard drive before it crashes completely. Immediately back up your important data and swap the drives. Windows is trying to let you know that the drive is reporting too many errors and you may have already lost data. It'll get worse until the OS files are corrupted enough to prevent booting. You'll need to replace the drive before then.

    Hi,

I would suggest you backup you data immediately, then open CMD run chkdsk <volume> /f /r try to repair.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/administration/windows-commands/chkdsk

If the chkdsk command is unable to fix or after running the command the issue still exists, it's highly that the hardware disk has corrupted, it's recommended to contact the hardware vendor for help.

    Thanks for your time!
    Best Regards,
    Anne

    Your problem has two issues:
    a. Hard disk related

    b. Charging related

I shall suggest you to run the following tool:

    Run HP PC Hardware Diagnostics
