Bluetooth connectivity Issues - Surface Laptop Gen 7 + CoPilot

Just recently bought a windows surface laptop (gen 7) + copilot, having problems with Bluetooth connectivity.

Bluetooth works fine and connects to all my devices (headset, mouse, keyboard etc). Once I close the laptop lid and let it go to sleep, Bluetooth turns of an acts like the laptop has no Bluetooth capability.

The Bluetooth button disappears from the quick actions menu and does not even show up in settings. When attempting to connect a new device using Bluetooth it gives the basic no Bluetooth capability screen (see below)Setting Bluetooth Issue

If I restart, Bluetooth functions normally until the computer goes to sleep again. I checked the drivers and there seems to be a yellow warning symbol on the "Qualcomm FastConnect 7800 Bluetooth Adapter". I try to update the drivers and windows in general but everything is to the latest update. (see below). When restarted, there is no warning symbol and all Bluetooth items and connections work fine.

I don't understand what is happening and I am very frustrated. Do I need to return my laptop?

Paying this much for a laptop only for simple things not work is ridiculous. Please help!!!

    Hello,

If updating your driver has not resolved the issue, it may be related to hardware. In this case, contacting the supplier for a hardware replacement would be advisable.
