Adding Empty lines in Microsoft Word 2021

When I add empty lines in batch in Microsoft Office, replacing ^p characters with ^p^p characters, this is where the numbering is sshot-1

this results in double numbering and unnecessary empty numbers are added

sshot-2sshot-3

and what logarithm to use so that it also includes numbering with digits, as for example

a. (text)

b. (text)

c. (text)

replacing them with

a. (text)

(empty line)

b. (text)

(empty line)

c. (text)

instead of

  • a. (text)
  • b
  • c. (text)
  • d.
  • e. (text)
  • f

Not to remove the numbering, but to avoid creating empty numbering and to actually have a blank line after each numbering, not just a large space that looks like an empty line as Microsoft Word usually shows.
